Timothy Pape

As a partner at Carson, Tim counsels clients in a range of corporate, government and personal matters. His well-earned reputation as tough but fair helps clients obtain optimal outcomes, and his substantial knowledge of local and state government helps corporate and individual clients alike.

Tim assists in business litigation, particularly before administrative bodies, and he represents business owners, professionals and other individuals in all areas of family law, with a significant focus on the valuation and division of marital assets and child custody litigation. He also advises clients on the valuation and division of corporations, professional practices, sole proprietorships and partnerships.
