Robert Nicholson

Robert (Bob) is passionate about all aspects of business. He represents individuals and businesses in a variety of commercial transactions. He also practices in appellate law and has successfully prosecuted and defended appeals in state and federal courts. In addition to his law practice, Bob is an owner in two local businesses, and he developed a strategy called The CEO Plan in response to difficulties he saw entrepreneurs encounter as they tried to obtain sufficient equity for their businesses. Bob’s strategy allows entrepreneurs to use qualified retirement funds as equity.
