As a Fort Wayne native and member of Carson since his first summer of law school, Mitchell has gained experience in nearly every practice area within our firm.  He primarily assists clients with personal matters, and having two young children of his own, Mitchell’s passion for family law is prevalent both in and out of the courtroom.  During his tenure with Carson, Mitchell has worked on high-stakes divorce cases with millions of dollars on the line.  He has taken the initiative to reach out and consult with internationally recognized experts to ensure no stone was left unturned, as well as utilized a hands-on approach while conducting independent research to question and work alongside independent appraisers.  Whether being faced with contested child custody litigation, establishing paternity, child support matters, adoption, guardianships, or divorce, he strives to ensure his client’s voice does not go unheard.
